Reminder that it is not normal for you to see violence like this. Your brain is set up to handle traumatic events, but naturally you'd normally only have a handful of them in your life at most. A battle, an accident, another battle, maybe a killer in your village, but that's the worst of it. You wouldn't see violence like we see today, instant videos of real life events that your subconscious does not distinguish from actually being there and experiencing it.
