Regular citizens should bring back "shunning" police, government workers and most importantly politicians.

If anything of theirs breaks (mechanics, plumbers, repairmen), any non-life threatening injuries (Dentists), anything they want delivered or served (restaurants)...

Tell them to fuck off.
