I think you are touching on a broad (and generally poorly defined) class level complaint that is only colored black by happenstance on this particular instanced basis. It adds extra offense to see a non-white person in the high role in such a complaint but the basis of the complaint is not rooted in his blackness or negrocity or what have you.
