In the mid-2010's, one of the groups that the media gave 15 seconds of fame to was the Sovereign Citizens, and people were laughing at videos of their loony antics.

Alas, I think that was the herald of freedom dying, because there was an ulterior motive to broadcasting the Sovtard loonies:
