I really don't want the government involved in this. Society can punish gays enough on their own without government involvement when the Civil Rights Act is abolished. The reason I don't want government involved is because these sorts of laws can be easily abused, exploited which leads to corruption. Your buddy comes over at 11pm and you guys play some mario kart, neighbor decides to rat you out to the gay police and they show video evidence at the apartment of guys coming over late at night to prove your gay. Turns into a bit of a witch hunt. Better to leave the government out of this and let society handle it. No need for laws to punish gays.
