Started a new job a few months ago after working remotely since Covid. I'm back in the office, which to my surprise I actually enjoy, but only because I have my own office and my role doesn't require much interaction with others.
However, my office is close to the offices of several women and I was quickly reminded how much time women waste. They have hours long discussions about anything and everything besides actual work. They take multiple walks throughout the day that last 30-40 minutes.
I'd estimate that of the 8 hours they spend in the office, maybe 90 minutes of that time is spent on actual working.
I don't pay their salaries so it's whatever, but holy shit it's almost impressive how much time they waste talking about their weekend, planning their next vacation, etc. Just totally fucking useless.
Anyone in an office environment who isn't an owner or on commission and who works lots is doing their job all wrong. I only have about 2 hours worth of work a day. The bloat in office jobs is insane. That's why people call it "jewish day-care".
The majority of jobs in offices are created because of government regulations. If we got rid of the government regulations, a lot of industries would be forced to get leaner due to competition and they could hire all men because it wouldn't violate any laws.
