Yeah they say that, there's also the "muh mormon reee" but the fact is: this dude was harassing the guy trying to serve bogus "papers" because "muh filing was rejected because I didn't attempt mediation" which is 100% bullshit...
Mediation is court-mandated, not "I'll show up at his house and serve him garbage papers I printed at home, also when you file the case, they give you the opportunity to say "yes, I tried to solve it out of court," or you can file in person, it's not true you have to track the person down to "try to reach an agreement."
I don't know what the truth is, but I do know he lies too much to be taken seriously, much like Karl Jobst.
It's good to assume everything is fake and gay but how do you feel about the police redacting audio and how the local police were portraited in Reckless Ben's 2nd video?
That's what police do lol, "lose" bodycam footage, erase evidence (especially if helpeful to the defendant, of course) and yeah, redacting audio/documents/proofs, and no one gives a shit. No one cares, no one does anything, nothing ever changes, and NOW you're concerned about it? Over some fucking legos?
They go on the stand and lie their asses off, no one cares. They "smell marijuana" and use that as a pretext to search your car, destroy your seats because obviously everyone hides their drugs inside the cushions, and no one cares. If you really piss a cop, he'll call his buddy and plant the drugs himself anyway.
I used to teach in a youth center and one of the kids had to stay with a broken arm all night because they didn't give a shit. His arm never healed right, no one cared, but hey, some morons lost legos, oh noes!
Evidence tampering is illegal, but good luck arguing that in court without spending $30,000+. You will get an "expert witness" (at $3000 per day minimum), they will also get one, they will fight it off for a while, you might win, you might lose)
That's 99% of cops in America. The only thing that surprised me is that they didn't put him in the back of a van, handcuffed, and then took fast turns so he'd injure his head. Police killed a man like that a few years ago, know what happened to them? Nothing. Nothing happened to them. The department settled with the family, property taxes went up 4.46% instead of 4.45%, and no one cared.

I don't think your "selective outrage" argument holds water. Ben didn't bring receipts he brought a shipping manifest, while the other side says "trust us bro, youtuber selectively edits"
imo this goes beyond shitty cops being shitty, this is cops actively protecting another party in a civil dispute. Yes I am aware this happens all the time, but this is the one we're talking about. And I have yet seen anything from the local pd or BnM to persuade my opinion on the topic.
Also, the police who killed a man like that a few years ago. I think you're talking about this case, the guy didn't die but was paralyzed, all the cops served no jail time, when they 100% should've. But at least they were all fired and got criminal records which is more than some cops who done worse and got away with it.
And yet you do exactly nothing about it, and wake up in the morning to pay taxes like nothing is ever going on. They fucking disarmed Canada and nobody said a word about it. And now if you deny "muh indians killed in school" you can get jailed. And nobody bats an eye. Just line up to pay their 53.95% income tax + 15% sales tax + 15% "deductions." Whatever
Happens all the time. If you file a complaint/lawsuit against the brother of a cop (or god forbids, a cop) get ready to have cops follow you home every night. Also, your exhaust is too loud - $500 fine, go contest it in court, where at best you are facing a coinflip.
