That's not how that would play out... When the USA crashes due to debt it will be after we've been used to overthrow BRICS nations, like Russia, Iran and China...

Once that happens, there will be a proposal for a global currency and banking system to prevent future collapses around the globe that caused much suffering.... after the Globalist purchase every damn asset for pennies on the dollar.

Then we'll actually start to see borders get erased and progression towards global government.
