There was a text based game called Plantation I remember playing on my TI-84 plus close to 20 years ago. You could similarly whip the slaves (but not too much) and do things like let them play banjo to raise morale.
Brought back memories of playing 'pimp quest' on my TI-84 during class. Sure, I had a gameboy but nintendo didn't have pimp quest lol
