This seems intentional at this point.
Idk why, but there is a reason they decided to add this character menu in a game where you drive cars.
Maybe there is some ESG score thing or something like that. Idk. There has got to be some reason every new game has the same dumb character customization menu with a grid of androgynous faces and a "body type" option.
How does this benefit them?
