Yeah, the whole need of a character thing has been stupid in that game since, well, ever. I've played all of the series, all of that has been dumb from the start. They could just leave it out and make it a car game and no one would miss it.
You can't make a game woke if it doesnt have troon looking characters. No characters = no diversity.
