Gotta confess, I think they've probably been thinking of ways to lower intelligence significantly. Call it "stupid juice" if you will. And you know what? I have too! I think two can play at this game. Maybe the people making these monstrosities oughtta be kneecapped where it counts.

I'd also use them as living test subjects for curing the diseases that they are spreading.
