I was on benzos and they are as bad as ssris
Which ones were you on? Ssri's are horrible I've gotten almost no relief from any of them but convinced its all junk at least with benzos an despite their more addiction traits but they work
Idk but causes moid swings and such
They can but so does Alcohol and tobacco but yeah you can get bad mood swings sometimes coming off them
