No they aren't Some of they are very beneficial to people suffering from anxiety Me included And you can't easily overdose on them the same way you could with barbiturates
Barbiturates were on another level You could easily have accidental an fatal overdose following Dr.'s instructions Look up Seconal that shit was crazy powerful unpredictable an deadly compared to a benzos like Ativan or Valium which does more or less the same thing
Use benzos for 20 years and watch your memory dies
My memory is sharp as a tack and I've used more drugs then just benzos
Benzos are addictive af also. Check if you can stay 3 months without any, prolly not.
