requirements including Japanese language proficiency which would probably cut out most of the Bangladesh no matter how much they try to train them for it.

That doesn't stop the jeets. In aus and canada they nominally have that same language requirement. They lie and scam it, do the test for each other.

The difference is in how corrupted the process is.

I don't have reason to believe that Japan's system is as corrupted as it is in those other places (at least not yet). And it is because of that corruption that allows what is a frankly super easy to catch scam to function.
