Well, I wouldn't say I have a healthy social life. I don't have any friends outside the bands and a D&D game, and those aren't really "friends" so much as "guys I'm doing a thing with."

But it's not hard to have sex with women. You find a woman who's horny, and you say stuff that indicates you can do the things she likes, and then you have some sex. It is very much not rocket science.
