We keep the union. We keep the intrastate agreements. The administrative institutions, in their entirety, must go. To the extent they're actually necessary they can be reformed but as a civil agreement between states and actually designed to serve them.
I mean, shit, if that's too extreme for you, then at the very least, all federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies must be completely erased. The buildings and equipment can be auctioned to the states for their use in defending the nation.
I mean, if you want to just roll it back to the United States of America being 50 autonomous countries with a very strong alliance with one another, then that's at least a gameplan, which is miles better than "tear it all down and hope for something better to magically materialize in its place". Most people who advocate for the dissolution of the government don't tend to think beyond said dissolution in my experience.
