Wake me when they build it. There’s no way something like this would be built, it’s just absurd numbers to get even more money from stupid and greedy investors who are betting on AI being able to get rid of all White collar workers.

There's a bunch of there projects, 2 others are just as huge as this one.
But will they get built? Will they pay for themselves? Ever? It does sound like a huge rip-off.
