It's not a replacement for Epstein. It's another tool for Epstein.
That, or they took all the power Epstein had and moved it under group control.
Epstein was never the one calling the shots.
He still held power tho, he was the guy holding all the blackmail and information.
It's like yea the CEO has all the power, but the Operations Manager also knows how the cookies get made and is who everyone else is reporting to.
