I'm on my phone 24/7 while driving. I've never had an issue. If we just ban non-Whites, men with tattoos and women from driving we wouldn't have an issue.

Pakistan won't arrest me for using my phone as a GPS or from doing a paternity test on the children of women who claim I got them pregnant, so it might honestly be the superior country.
