The law is you lose your US citizenship for enlisting in another countries military. They can't change this law because its being used to devest US citizenship in, and around the countries of SEA. You can't be an elected official in another country either. Again being used to devest US citizenship.

Meaning they demn well knew the rules when they broke them if people are doing it intentionally because it's easier than filing paperwork.
