Lol I have never tried to watch it more than for a couple minutes when I was a teenager, and even then though I was still not red- or jewpilled, I thought "wow this show is unfunny dogshit that profits off the laugh track".
I actually learned it from Comedian Owen Benjamin. They talked about the show Seinfeld during a recent interview and how that jewish show effected mainstream culture.
