There is a long history of drama surrounding the lead devs of Turtle WoW, and some of the claims made in that thread appear to suggest it was downright retardedness that may have brought them down as previously little had been done about their presence.

Running Youtube ads and poking the bear on Twitter by @blizzard tweets. Would have just been a matter of time until Blizzard went after them but that idiocy fueled by pure greed hastened their demise.
