The 109 lines of text (not countries) ultimately come from Grosser and Halperin 1979, which only resolves to 12 countries (Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine) and parts of 10 others (Algeria, America, Britain, Czechia, Egypt, Latvia, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Tunisia).
