Correct. No need to plan for winter = a lazy people.
Even though India has a drought season & monsoon season? There's little that can be done about it, so they don't. Unlike winter where if you DON'T plan for it? You die.
Hmm maybe that explains why the Nepalese next door are at least more civilised since they had the adversity of mountainous conditions to live by.
They sided with the British quick (after a fight first) and managed to make it a working relationship. Seems you need SOME adversity whether mountainous conditions like in Peru to seasons to get the brain going.
