Civilians aren't required to participate in "opsec." That's not reasonable.
As if your belligerents in this conflict can't get these images if they wanted or from another country. There's zero "operational security" to be gained from this and the people requesting this know that.
Why are you phrasing this as if basic civilian companies are capable of the type of "opsec" which would actually matter in the context of a military engagement? That's ridiculous.
