Any sort of "harm reduction" is actually "enabling" the druggies to keep using drugs for longer times. Thus driving up crime, they rob & steal for the money eh? Not work like normal people.
Involuntary incarceration is the answer. Don't toss junkies in jail where they can still get drugs & stay hooked. Toss them into rehab and don't let them out until they pass the "I'm not a junkie anymore" test.
The Canadian gov't knows who is smuggling in all the junk, but refuse to lift a finger to stop it. They too want Western Civilization to fall so the WEF can take over openly.
