I saw one about Jessie Buckley being chosen as the new James Bond.

I saw one post on YouTube that Ubisoft aquired Helldivers 2.
I chuckled at the collective yells of NOOOOO before they realised the date then collectively sighed in relief.
Thought that one was great. Would have been amazing if I hadn’t had the prior knowledge that Ubisoft can’t even get a line of credit for a 12 pack of toilet paper.
I just loved it for the reminder of how shit Ubisoft's reputation is now.
People will knock on EA, Activision, Bungie etc but fumbling the bag with an AC game set in Japan seems to have killed any goodwill left.
When your customers are consoomers, who like product and are excited about next product... it's impossible to overstate how much Ubi fumbled. They could have made an utterly average, uninspired, basic-ass game of their choice: Either AssCreed 1/2, but wearing black instead of wearing white, and embraced ninja, or done a simple basic samurai ARPG game (same as a longsword ARPG game, just different assets).
I've got to reiterate: They could have literally re-skinned Assassin's Creed 1, re-done the MC's paperdoll and just re-rendered the architecture with "ChatGPT, make this picture look Edo Period Japanese instead of European", and it would have turned a solid profit to average reviews. That's how captured their audience base is. And they still failed.
