How? It automatically destroys the last 50 years of hoax citizenship.
And then congress will write it into naturalization law or wait for a dem president to immediately undo it.
no, it gives the government the power to pick and choose who is a citizen and who isnt.
You mean like right now? Where they’re literally doing that? As opposed to making the change to remove their power of choosing that because the constitution explicitly says foreigners aren’t citizens?
