it relates to therapist speech towards clients, not medicalization or prescriptions. I bet it does not prevent therapists from gaslighting kids into thinking they are supposed to be the opposite sex, but this ruling at least doesn't help them physically mutilate kids.
That's my theory as well. Sure they take a setback on preventing their enemy from doing this, but it also keeps their ability to push the other way (grooming kids in "therapy", etc)
Wonder if this decision cuts both ways and also prevents laws that ban the transing of kids?
