They've been reheating this rhetoric for over 20 years. I remember people were jawing about the "naturally conservative Hispanic community" in Romney's time. I can only assume they have never gone to a Hispanic neighborhood. Then again, this is the same party that gaslit themselves into thinking they could appeal to blacks with an entrepreneurship message, when Trump was the only one who cracked the code (be unapologetic, masculine, and implicitly promise more stuff).
