The game can be absurd, and the criticism of the game can also be absurd. They aren't exactly mutually exclusive.
That Reacher actor comes to mind. He's a douchebag leftist that has said some of the cringiest shit. And yet he had a recent tussle with his equally cringey leftoid neighbor.
