It's not a stupid post at all. It showcases how they change their names to blend in with their host demographic. This wouldn't be a problem if they actually assimilated, but they don't. They do this in order to misdirect anger at their host population rather than their specific demographic. It's a lot easier to hide in a forest if you disguise yourself as a tree instead of a cactus.

The average White Westerner would have woken up to their influence a long time ago if they had dark skin and names like Gulaprati or Banerjee. Instead they have been able to blend in because they have paler skin and change their name to John Smith instead of Itzchak Golbergstein.
