I was thinking about this recently and why when in these situations men interrupt while women just sit there, and i figured it comesndown to how men interact with men, and how women interact with women.

Men communicate to establish comradery, they seek similarity to find like minded individuals they can then rely on when dealing with challenges.

Women seek a pecking order. A hierarchy is formed where those above must never be questioned by those below, however this ranking often isn't earned on merit which can then lead to conflict when it faces outside interactions, and by that I mean men.

So ironically women end up demanding not to be treated the same way men treat othet men, because to women that's not how they perceive how they should be interacted with. Inevitable result is men shutting out women because as is repeatedly shown progress is lost when women enter the decision making process through either competition that forms between the men/simps, or just putting forth ideas that will never work yet still expecting them to be done.
