I’m Spanish. The girl went to a centre shared with ‘menas’ – which is the term used here in Spain to refer to underage illegal immigrants – and was raped by five illegal immigrants.
And it’s obvious that they were illegal immigrants, because if they’d been Spanish, the news would have been all over the place, condemning the dangers of the far right, fascism and young fascists; instead, we only found out years later – that’s just how this country works.

The father fought the government for years but the government and mother made it illegal for him to gain access to his daughter. The daughter claims she wanted it herself and the father claims the government coached her into it.
Also, because of the divorce the family lost their home and the government forcibly took their daughter away from them and placed her in a care home against the will of the parents where she was raped.
This is 100% on the government and mother which is what you should expect in gynocratic Western countries. Nearly all problems in Western countries stem from the government and the women who enable the government's power. Of course, the simps in uniform that work for the government either as a bureaucrat or soldier/officer are just as responsible.

What was the justification for taking her away from her mother, if her mother was pursuing custody?
Government said they were unable to financially support and treat her newly diagnosed mental health issues (OCD and BPD both of which are often triggered by major events like a divorce). It's pretty BS.
Oh you can't support your kid so we'll take your kid away from you and put her in a home that costs the government money to support instead of the government giving money to the parents to support the kid? Absolutely horrendous.
