Sorry, but it cannot be escaped. She might be a very hairy, fat, ugly, and aggressive female, and that might be due to taking drugs, but she is still a female; you cannot change your gender, every somatic cell in her body carries its original sex markers, her pelvis is shaped as a females, her bone density is lesser than that of a male, etc etc etc
If I were a woman I wouldn't be disrespected by that thing disavowing all things feminine and then give it the respect of calling it a female

It's simply not possible to change your gender. Especially not by forsaking it. Not even if a group of people refer to you with altered language. One can be very gross, totally rejected, unwelcome in anyone's bucket, but the fabric of reality just is what it is.

I'm saying it's not a woman either. It is not allowed to be anything. It is a blob. It didn't change anything, it's just not allowed to think of itself as a man or a woman. It's a thing, same as if you sewed together pieces of a cadaver. It's a sexually mutilated freak.
Even if it didn't cut off it's genitalia it's a freak. It's not a man and it lost any femaleness it had.
