They probably were hitting goals, they were just goals set assuming no wars against capable opponents. Then Bibi gave Truml no-notice marching orders and they need to stock up on
expendable goyimsoldiers.They're planning for this war to escalate completely out of control. To scam the American public into thinking they have no choice but to fight this war as the Iraq playbook can't work this time around. That's my theory.
