It costs Russia too and that's why the US allows other countries to import Russian oil now. Because increasing Russian oil profits and economically hurting all your supposed allies AND depleting your military stockpiles worldwide actually hurts Russia.
The scary thing is that many people are actually retarded enough to believe this.
