Why Iran doesn't just announce this and keep beating this truth is beyond me.
If Iran actually hasn't tried to develop nukes let alone test it they don't know. And if they do know nobody is going to believe it anyway. They still have to fight the war they're fighting right now. It wouldn't make a difference.
