Charles Spurgeon believed in the dispensationalist view of Israel and the Jews in the 1800s before Israel even became a nation again.

He believed Israel would become a literal nation which would precede Christ's return.

Don't take my word for it. Ask AI what Charles Spurgeons beliefs were, whether he prescribed to replacement theology or dispensationalism?
