The difference in STD rates between gays and normals is tremendous. Gay men really have a lot to answer for in terms of spreading disease. Organizations that worry about STD awareness should just add "THIS MEANS YOU, GAY MEN" and only buy ads in San Francisco and they'd be more effective. But acknowledging that reality is homophobic. Probably racist too.
The HIV disparity between blacks and whites is also night and day, pun intended. And when you look at gay blacks vs straight whites it's insane.
