I'm about to buy second property with cash saved. Actually gold and silver saved that I easily convert to cash.

That's another thing. It's easier to save money when I convert all savings to silver and it triples in value in one year.

Trump is going to run another $2 trillion debt per year so obviously gold and silver will go up
