I don't think they would be dumb enough to kill him, because all that would do is make a martyr out of Tucker.
He has a lot of eyes on him for sure, but it seems like they just do whatever they want anyway. Plus they could make it look like an accident
I can only speak for myself, but I won't buy an accident, ever, not even if it is on camera.
