It is by definition, propaganda. I doubt many will disagree with it though. Being drafted isn't something many are fond of.

It is propaganda though, that’s just a matter of fact. Normally you just see pro-war propaganda so it’s interesting to see.

Any media intended to sway you politically is propaganda. It is sometimes obvious such as flyers, posters or political memes; but also can be more subtle such as simple normalization of certain ideals in movies, tv and vidya games. In some rare cases, even graffiti can be considered propaganda.
