You cannot convince me that the father of the 12 year old rapist is any less responsible for his child’s crime than the dad in the school shooting case. In fact the 12 year old’s parents are worse. They’re actively defending their child’s actions after the fact.
Yea.. because he kept the receipts.. has son who is known to have problems.. gives him a gun for Christmas.. leaves him unsupervised with the gun and ammo.
Unless they held the girl down or lured her over to be raped it's not really comparable.
To be clear, in both cases, the parents should NOT be sued unless they directly participated in the crime. I don't think either of these examples extend to that circumstance. This is the state inviting itself into co-parent with every child in their jurisdiction. It's exceedingly evil.
In this case, actually, sue the School, they also knew he had problems, they negligently kept him enrolled, endangering everyone. They had even had a monetary motive for doing so. They literally opened the door for him that morning.
Uh, I'm not sure exactly where you're going with that, but you might recall they put fucking rocks in her mouth to stop her screaming. That doesn't fit easily into whatever kind of bizarre sliding scale of culpability you're using, but it's in the neighborhood I would think.
The parents did this?
Or the kids?
Some kids, under either the tutelage or the active neglect of their parents, obviously. But let's return to what you said a moment. What's with that stuff about it being somehow different if she was restrained or lured?
If you don't want your kids beaten, tortured or disarmed then.. hey.. don't send them to public school, dipshit.
You can't have it both ways.
It's always an option. If it isn't it's because you're not willing to sacrifice enough for your children. Again, dude should not be in jail, but he made a bet. He bet incorrectly.
We had a White nation. What happened?
