You know the Altmeri control the war, because you can't say "The Altmeri control the War"...
I’ll never understand why Skyrim didn’t make a DLC where you took the fight to the Thalmor. Seemed like a loose end. Also there is no King’s Moot. Since they decided to never make ES6 why not make some more DLC
There are mods brother, there is one where after the civil war you take the fight to them and INVADE Summerset Isle
Simply google search "taking the fight to the Thalmor mods" and you'll be presented with a Myriad of mods
I’m look for that mod. I did do the one that restores the civil war to the original plan.
