I get your point about the massage parlor thing, but I'm married, so when I need the occasional (legitimately occasional) release, I just try to use the mildest form of porn possible.
Oh I have no complaints about intimacy from her. She's really open to doing what I want or need. There are just times when it's impractical or inconvenient, like in the middle of the night. That's why I emphasized how occasional it is. It's not like I'm gooning every week or something.
*Or times where she's not home, of course. I wfh, so I'm alone a lot.
