this is standard jeet gobbledegook.
We had a jeet get put on our team. every meeting was like this. He spouted this giant pile of word salad nonsense, while the PMs and client reps all nodded and listened. Then after he left the meeting I pointed out he is 100% not doing anything. "what do you mean? you heard him say all the stuff he's doing" I said that was all bullshit and he is faking his job. They all do this. I was told to mind my own business. So I asked to be removed from the project.
Sometime later, the project was transferred back to me. Zero work done by Mr. Jeet. "it wasn't the right fit...." uh huh, sure.
