I understand ink, to a point. An Army guy tatting their unit slogans or even a father or mother putting something about a child that died at a very young age.
This looks like decoration. Like a spoiled 16 year old girl screaming for attention. When she is old she will look kinda sad and pathetic. And if you ignore modern sensibilities, she looks a bit like something from a nightmare horror story. I feel sorry for her, and I'm glad she isn't anyone I know or care about.
