There were rumors that some bodies were even chopped into kebab meat in Britain, a la the "jerky." Not sure if there was anything to that but it kind of says a lot that it's plausible.
My main reason for not eating kebab meat is it could be seagull or rat or some other random animals. The fact it may instead be human is just a bonus point for avoiding it.
